Ad search
Ad search strategy is a three-pronged approach that consolidates a comprehensive databases search for relevant candidates, a creative regional advertising campaign to attract proactive job seekers and “casual lookers” plus a targeted executive search focusing on your industry.

Demand and contract
Once understand well about the position job description and requirements along with learning the organization structure and other info, MorningStar consultant will make a proposal to express the procedures to complete executive search. After the client agrees with the proposal, MorningStar consultant will sign the executive search contract with the client.

Executive search
Executive search is for senior and specialized executive positions where the pool of candidates database is limited, and advertising is not effective. In this case, we deploy our specialized search competence. Our researcher team is continuously gathering data on specific industries and disciplines. We have an up-to-date picture of who’s out there, what their skills are, and how best knowledge to approach them discreetly.

Interview and Recommendation
MorningStar consultant will first screen potential candidates with their working experience, education background, motivation, personality, ability, salary package, availability and so on. After identifying the suitable candidate, MorningStar consultant will provide recommendation report to the client.

Client interview
MorningStar consultant will arrange and present candidates for client’s interview, once confirm the successful candidate from the client, MorningStar consultant will negotiate with the candidate on his/her salary package and final release the job offer to the candidate from the client.

Reference check
MorningStar will responsible for checking the information related to the successful candidate to make sure that all information provided to the client are true.

Tracking
MorningStar will monitor the successful candidate and provide consulting services for the client during the probation period.
